Get Fit Walking
Get Fit Walking is Sport Walk’s fitness series, giving advice & guidance for using walking as a main fitness activity. This Walkshop is a unique opportunity to learn in person & receive coaching support, either to get started or to refine what you already do. Learn how to walk more efficiently & effectively, how to build a fitness walking routine & how to keep yourself motivated. Learn more

BOOK NOW: Get Sport Walking
This Walkshop lifts the lid on Sport Walking for anyone just starting out. It covers all the basic aspects of Sport Walking, from walking technique all the way through to what gear you need. The three hour session features around of 5km walking, with information and guidance given along the way. Learn as you walk and discover a world of potential for personal fulfilment, and adventure. My First Ultra
‘My First Ultra’ Walkshops are designed to complement our online course & give anyone entered into or planning to enter their first ultramarathon the confidence to believe they have what it takes. The Walkshop includes a 10-15km walk with advice, guidance & coaching support along the way. It’s an invaluable opportunity to learn on the trail & boost your self belief!

Ultra Shakedown
Our ‘Ultra Shakedowns’ are designed to give you a great workout close to your challenge day. It’s still a Walkshop, so it’s not just about putting in a physical effort – we give you tips, pointers, advice and encouragement to ensure you go into your challenge as well prepared as possible. These Walkshops are aimed at those who have done their training and want to sharpen up for the start line.

Night Walking
Quite possibly the aspect that generates more calls for advice on social media is how to handle night time segments of ultra challenges. Understandably, many feel uncomfortable with the thought of being out on trails after dark but with our Night Walkshop, you can get advice and tips to help you thrive, not just survive, walking at night. We’ll accompany you on a long night walk to help you acclimatise.
